Description:
This course was developed by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission and provides you with the "Practical Approach" to being a Broker. It is designed to provide you with your Required 30 Hour of POST LICENSE Education and practical knowledge about 5 Areas. Includes Modules: Agent & Broker Responsibility, Real Estate Policies & Procedures, From Contracts To Closing, Real Estate Contracts, Practical Applications of Agency & Disclosure. (To be a new Broker Applicant, you must have completed the 60 Hour Basic Principlies Class within 36 Months prior to application to test for the Brokers License)
